Overview

The school created a school-based running system and utilised the heart rate monitoring system in the indoor cycling centre, and improved the physical education curriculum.

The school promotes different innovative sports classes, including VR cycling class, 3000-meter run with heart rate aerobics, heart rate circuit training, and indoor e-cycling, to cultivate students' interest in aerobic exercise and encourage students to pay attention to health quality.

The school also uses different technologies to promote students' participation in aerobic exercise, enhance classroom effectiveness, cultivate students' spontaneous exercise after school, and make sports development more popular.

The system can be used in conjunction with the new sports school-based curriculum to achieve certain outcomes, which can also enhance students' experiential learning.

In addition, the system is useful to cultivate students' different non-academic achievements when they participate in different research and development of sports technology tools.

The school's indoor electronic bicycle system, which is supplemented by a heart rate monitoring system and electronic bicycle system software, enables students to conduct resistance training and scientific aerobic training in activities during physical education classes. The system uses heart rate sensing systems in cycling physical education classes to promote students' participation in sports. Students use the heart rate sensing system to detect their heart rates when exercising in real time and use the technology to assist students in determining an optimal heart rate for the most effective exercise; thereby, improving their physique more effectively.
