How to Apply Design Thinking in Our Teaching

Overview

The speaker has implemented MAKER+, which uses design thinking as its framework, in school-based innovative curriculum.

In this seminar, students undergo four steps: feel, think, do, test, to find and solve the problems that they discover in a real situation. There are 3 main pedagogies in this curriculum, i.e. authentic learning, experiential learning and personalised learning which help students engage in the class and take the lead in learning.
